Project Manager
Accountable for delivery of project including Planning, Risk & Issue Management, Change Control, Documentation, Budget, Resourcing,
Tracking & Reporting, and Stakeholder Management. Responsible for managing or leading a prioritized project from business requirements
to post-implementation review. This person must be delivery-focussed, hands-on, who will add value and have the knowledge and ability
to question the content and quality of work delivered on the project. The Project Manager will work a number of Business Analysts, and
Technical Managers. Responsibilities will include:
- Project Definition
- Project Organization and Resources
- Planning and Control
- Management of Deliverables
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure maximum benefit is achieved
- Risks and Issues
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Scope Delivery
- Financial Control
- Acceptance and Sign-Off
Qualified candidates should be certified PMP, minimum of five years experience working professionally, exposure to numerous
software development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, RAD etc), excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal
skills.

Business Analyst
Works across the whole project lifecycle, researching new products and markets, business process changes, or system modifications.
Responsible for management of business requirements for applications and associated documentation. Strong partnership with Business,
Operations, and other Technology team members. Provides documentation regarding business priorities, requirements, release notes and
user guides. Must be able to establish strong working relationships with all team members and across the necessary business groups as
appropriate. Responsibilities will include:
- Identify, assess, and record near-term business needs, recommend business priorities, and advise businesses on options and
risks
- Communicate business priorities to the organization accordingly
- Research solutions to business needs to determine if they currently exist within or outside the business unit
- Provide input to the development of formal business cases when solutions are proposed
- Contribute business or process perspective during design reviews
- Translate requirements documentation into test plans
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions and demos
Qualified candidates should have 4-year college degree, 1-4 years of professional work experience. Familiarity w/ CMM or other system development
methodologies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience preferred, strong analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work independently,
make independent decisions, self-motivated, understand and articulate business requirements are very necessary in this position.

Technical Consultant
The ability to oversee the design, coding and implementation of new development, enhancements, maintenance and problem resolution.
Provide technical co-ordination between an architecture function and the implementation function to produce core business functionality.
Strong technical leadership, communication of technology decisions, issues and plans to businesses and other team members. Project
deliverables that meet business requirements without compromising best practices and standards. Gets work done: delivers to time and
budget and meets service level metrics. Responsibilities will include:
- Software application modifications
- Develop of less experienced team members
- Establish and maintain working relationships across all business areas
- Development of information models, such as entity relationship diagrams and objects
- Contributes a business or process perspective during design reviews
- Risks and Issues
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Scope Delivery
- Financial Control
- Acceptance and Sign-Off
Qualified candidates should have 4-year college degree, minimum 5 years development experience with either J2EE, C++ or .NET technologies.
Development in a UNIX or Windows environment, knowledge of Object Oriented techniques and distributed computing (i.e. CORBA, DCOM, ..),
RDMS systems (Oracle, SQLServer). Minimum 1 year in a technical lead role along with comprehensive expertise in the software development
process.
